Who are we?

Hi there! I’m Abby, and I’ve spent the past 14 years in the veterinary field. After graduating with first-class honors in NGO management and marketing, I moved to California to dive into the work I’d trained for. I started by volunteering at shelters and low-income clinics, helping with spay/neuter programs and vaccinations, which gave me the insight I needed to find my own path for creating change.

Along the way, I ended up at a rescue that truly stole my heart. I started out as an intake specialist, writing bios for animals coming from shelters. It wasn’t long before I realized that my marketing skills were a huge asset to the team, and soon enough, I was promoted to co-director. We used those marketing skills to match medically needy animals with owners who had the same health issues. Our story quickly went viral, and we were featured on major platforms like Good Morning America, The Dodo, Daily Mail, and The Times—it was an amazing ride!

Afterward, I turned my attention to grant writing and consulting for other rescues, helping them implement marketing strategies to grow their reach. As my work gained recognition, I started receiving daily messages from people in the rescue community asking for advice. That’s when I created a Facebook group to teach rescues how to market themselves. Over time, I found that veterinary clinics were reaching out for help, too!

When my son came into the picture, I moved to Canada, bringing my three pooches along for the ride, and started focusing on locally owned and operated vet clinics. It was the perfect chance for me to help these smaller clinics with marketing strategies that felt real and authentic—no corporate fluff, just the heart of their clinic shining through.
